I just purchased a pair of Monitor 10's. The tweeter doesn't work in one speaker. The model # is SL2000. Is this the correct tweeter? I thought is was supposed to be SL2500. Both tweeters are the same model.
Should i replace just the one tweeter, or should i buy a pair? And which model should i use?

did you check for a fuse?
Also pull the tweeter out and check it with a multi meter.

Monitor 10's were produced with several flavors of tweeters. Can you post a photo of your speaker sans grille and/or of the crossover?
