Recently i brought a pair of RT 3000I floor standing speakers and i am inquiring if the CS400i would be a good consideration match for them.

If so then i an open to offers from members here for one.

Thanks.

IMO the 400i would be a great match to your 3000I's. There's one on the bay right now for $180 so if you want it act fast cause it ends in about 1 1/2 hours. I think that price in kinda high though. Sorry, I couldn't get the link to work.

The cs400i is a very nice center. $180 is actually a darn good deal, depending on condition and shipping.

Great. I will check with the member for sale threads here before i head to ebay.
Got the 3000i fronts and some polk bookshelf rears which i am not to sure of the series but they are also HEAVY. All for $350.

Pic of the rears if you have an idea if they are part of a series.

Those are either RT35's or RT25's. You stole those speakers. Congrats. I owned RT3000's and loved them. The hard part is getting the sub level set properly. I used a CS1000P center, which is the match for the 3000P speaker. The CS400 is the same speaker as the 1000P without the built in subs. I still have the CS1000P, but for the difference in price, I should have bought the CS400. You should be able to find one for around $200.00. Enjoy! Jeff

    Thanks for all your input.
I got the front and rears on tucson craiglist and could not believe the price. However i just found a CSi40 for sale
    for $100.

Do you think that will be a good match or should i wait and go with the CS400.

    Thanks again.
