Blender is such a joke, that list is another in a long line of things they say just to stir people up. Yeah, some of those songs suck / are annoying, but they've almost all been wildly popular. It's easy to look back after a song's popularity has passed and say "that sucked" (see : disco).

No Aerosmith or Kiss songs on there? There are some good songs on that list, I can think of alot more that are way worse. I got a laugh out of the Startship one, that song gives me dry heaves.
