they really big areas are whats important as they will do the most resonating , if your looking for a smooth finish in the trunk and your not covering the dynamat with upolstry of any kind a spray type lining will look the best.

I used Secondskin Damplifier all through out my trunk, including the trunk lid. I am very happy with the results.

I have never had good results with dynamat. (probably the application i used it with) Although i do appreciate a clean sounding system i would suggest building the amp rack over the subs and as usual facing them towards the trunk.

Good luck, and if you can, recess the stuff down where the spare tire would normally be. that always looks cool

you mainly want to get the side panels, the trunk lid, the rear of the car, the tag, and whatever's left if you have enought dynamat left.

If you want to buy dynamat, get the full 9 sheets one. That'll cover trunks and front speakers

you know dynamat is just going to deaden the flexing of any flat surfaces of the trunk WILL NOT prevent any rattles you have to pay attention to those rattles and see if you can either silicone / some dense foam ( do not use spray foam !! will squeek Under pressure and or buldge out quarter panels / trunk .. THE BEST WAY IS to port through ski hole / armrest / rear deck this will deffinatly increace you bass reflex 10 fold .......... then you would have to dynamat your cab instead of trunk and leave you some room in the trunk for amp rack ETC ................... Have fun !!!! oh and if your looking for a cheaper yet better replacement for dynamat look into HUSHMAT !! http://www.hushmat.com/
