K so im thinking of building an amp box or rack to go under my sub box in my trunk, i was thinking of laying it flat and placing the amps side by side, i was wondering how much air flow i would need for them

Your MTX amplifiers have built in fans to help keep them cool. Just make sure they are able to draw in air. You could probably get by with 1" of space between the top of the amp and the bottom of the enclosure. Just make sure they can draw air in from both front and rear sides of the enclosure. Obviously if you can give them more room then do it.
