Price drop to $150. Didn't do my homework before pricing.

    Nope. No reason to move to mp4 as far as I can see. DirecTV clarity is no better on MP4. Technically possible, practically - they're compressing mp4 signals, too. Anyway - I no longer have directv at my new house - no line of sight. Comcrap instead.
