Has anyone in here put this set-up together. LSI25 fronts and LSI15 for the surrounds. Does this make that huge of a difference from the lsifx??? I know the price is a lot different, but for the money, will it put that "WOW" factor in there, or will it be, lsifx would of worked just as good if not better????
PS: I have the juice to run either...

If I had the room layout, I'd definetly use the LSiFX for surrounds over the 15's.
FYI, I'm currently using LSi15 mains and LSi15 surrounds. My room layout doesn't allow me to use the FX's. -
Wow - I found my home theatre twin in MikeC78 in Bloomington. I'm doing the same exact thing Mike is doing for the exact same reasons (4 x LSi15), and concur with Mike that if possible, the LSiFX would be a better surround fit - in our opinionDo you hear that buzzing noise?

Mikes setup is pretty good, but mounting the 15's on the wall so they could be twisted and tilted was a pain in the ****. You would think Polk would at least put keyhole slots on the back of their towers.....
MichaelMains.............Polk LSi15 (Cherry)
Center............Polk LSiC (Crossover upgraded)
Surrounds.......Polk LSi7 (Gloss Black - wood sides removed and crossovers upgraded)
Subwoofers.....SVS 25-31 CS+ and PC+ (both 20hz tune)
Pre\Pro...........NAD T163 (Modded with LM4562 opamps)
Amplifier.........Cinepro 3k6 (6-channel, 500wpc@4ohms) -

Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!!
I could only wish... Otherwise, we would of done that at the PF.:o -
Another alternative method would be to hang them from the ceiling with some sturdy twine. Problem solved.

You could just "in-wall" the 15s and be done with it.Do you hear that buzzing noise?
