i know this may seem like a superfluous question, but:
i have a ML dynamo and a sony something-or-nother-notlikeitmatters 12'' and i like to listen to music in the daytime when im not busy as background, and i like to watch movies full blast in the evening. my question is, would the sony be better suited for movies than the dynamo because it's a 12'' ported, or would the ml dynamo be ok for both? i do like the tight, articulate sound of the ML, but i think i get more "oomph" out of the sony but it sounds terrible..
i would just get an SVS, but i am short on cash ATM. what do you guys think? should i hook them both up and just turn one of them off depending on source?
thanks!

I have a question for you ilikesound, if you please. I am shopping for my first sub and have found a ML Dynamo demo for $400 from an established local dealer. My priority would be music, but it is pretty close to 50/50 and have been having a hard time getting much user comments on the ML. I like the fact that it is a sealed box, and has a pretty small foot print compared to the HSU STF2 and SVS PB10 which many consider better over all subs but I think they might be close enough for my preference to music and shortage of floor space that I am leaning towards the ML. I will be using it in a roughly 2500 cubic foot odd shaped (L) room. What is your opinion of the ML? Thanks for your thoughts.
