Cheap tip

I did a little rearranging of the HT last night, and the result was that I had 6-8 wires/cables coming out of a wall running to the speakers and the TV - a little TOO exposed visually as well as within easy reach of my 2 year old. So, I used a couple of feet of foam pipe insulation as a wire wrap. This is the stuff that is meant for 1/2 inch copper tubing - it is black foam and is split along its length. I slipped all the wires inside and hid them.. now my setup not only looks cleaner, but there are no tempting wires for little hands to yank. I love cheap fixes that *work*. If you're looking for an inexpensive way to hide some wires.. the foam insulation worked slick, plus its very flexible.

Sounds great. For those that don't have pipe insulation around, RatShack and automotive installers also carry these things. No need for anything fancy.
