I just got back from picking up an estate of probably 2000 records.

Jazz, Rock, Pop, 80's, Classic Rock, Classical, Blues, Disco, Soundtracks, 12 inch singles......... Something for everyone.

I'm not even going to start going through it until maybe Tuesday night. Just a sampling has proven that most are VG+ to Mint.

Here's the deal, DFW Polkies get first dibs. $1 an album, and I'm not even pulling anything out for myself until at least Tuesday night. You get first pick / sort of this HUGE collection.

Local buyers only, make an appointment via email / pm - I'm here all day tomorrow (Sunday) and Monday also. Starting Tuesday, I'll begin sorting and listing in lots here and on Audiogon.

Come get 'em!!!!

Cheers,
Russ

I'm doing the $1 blowout to hopefully take a sizeable chunk out, to help make my sorting a little less tedious. After that, I'll price them out, and put some lots here.

    Cheers,
    Russ

Damn. Make a fool out of me. I just made a public statement of NOT going
back to vinyl, and you come out with this!

Come on over Keith, I haven't taken any of your money this month, you're due. I'll go pull all the Manilow and Streisand out for you.

See if you can find me a Cannonball and Coltrane. Together. On one album.

The only one I have is a mono recording that I got from you when I visited this summer, pristine cover and insert, record fair to good. I wasn't even considering selling it, I enjoy it on a just about a weekly basis. I've got some Monk and Coltrane I may have two copies of.

There are a couple boxes full of Jazz, I'll see what else is in there.

    Cheers,
    Russ

Russ- Since it has been mentioned so many times in these threads, I would love to put a dibs on Jazz at the Pawnshop if you come across a copy and would be willing to ship. Never heard it but am very interested based on what others have said.
    Thanks

Hey bro, if Russ doesn't have a copy, I have an original copy on regular vinyl of Jazz at the Pawnshop (Circa 1978) that I am bringing with me to Polkfest. I would be happy to let you check out it out for a while after we get back to see if you like it.

Sorting and posting - look for new threads. Should have done that to begin with.
