I've owned Polk speakers for several years now, but I only recently acquired a pair of Monitor 10b. When I was auditioning the speakers, I moved a speaker and the negative binding post snapped off (cable was caught under a rack of vinyl).

Long story short...I searched the forum for advice on replacing the posts and found some of Ken's wisdom. I cleaned the fuse contacts (with Flitz) and was very pleased with the results.

It seems minor, but this forum has already been awesome. Keep it up.

That's typical Polk CS for ya. I'm not surprised at all anymore when I see these threads pop up. Polk CS is by far the best service I've ever experienced on the consumer market.

What I like the most is that threads being created about Polk CS aren't negative. Any slightly negative thread I've ever seen always resulted in a positive.

The lack of those threads clearly shows the quality of product and the quality of people standing behind it.

Perhaps if I compliment Polk CS and Ken enough I might get a listen to Ken's analog rig. The thought of his turntable gets the adrenaline going.
