adcom gtp-350 issues

i have an adcom gtp350 tuner/preamp, when i have it switched to a source other than tuner if i turn up the volume i can slightly hear the radio bleeding through. anybody know if this is normal?

It's called crosstalk and it's a normal phenomenon. Your cables or power cord may also be picking up a radio station. At one time I had that problem and I didn't even have a tuner. Moved up to better cables and it was solved.
Since the GTP is a tuner/pre it's probably bleeding thru and shouldn't affect performance too much. I'm guessing you only hear it when there is no music signal playing and when the volume is cranked and you are close to the speakers??
