Moving to the 4th Floor. Want to block bass from going down stairs

I have a SVS PB12 Plus/2 and I will be moving to a new apartment complex.

Before I lived on the first floor, and i could play my bass as loud as i could stand and no one complained. At the new apartment complex I do not want to piss any one off.

Do they make any platforms, or something for the subwoofer to sit on to minimize the sound from going down stairs?

The new apartment i will only have 2 neighbors. One below and one, across the apartment, past the bedrooms walls. So i am only worried about the neighbor below. I will be living on the 4th floor, which is the top floor and it will be a corner unit.

thanks

-Matti

Also since i am moving to a new apartment, which corner does everyone think I should place my subwoofer.

I have attached a layout with 1-4 numbers for available corners.

It's sort of funny but when I lived on the second floor in an apartment I had a closet that was around the corner and behind the TV that I put in the closet on a chair. I don't know if it bothered my neighbor ever or not but I never got a complaint. Oh yeah and it sounded fine to me but I left the door opened when I played movies.
