Best Buy has a coupon (which just arrived today} take $50 off any Kodak digital frame.

Here's a dumb question, I've never looked at these but I do I load the memory stick from the computer? Can I transfer JPEG files to the stick while it's in the frame?

The one in the link uses wi fi so I guess you just connect through that. I don't know. The ones without wi fi you put the stick in the computer, drag your files onto it then stick it in the frame. Thats about all I know about them.

I took this from the Best Buy product description for the Kodak 8" frame:

    Product Features

    "8" LCD screen with 4:3 aspect ratio and 800 x 600 resolution

256MB internal memory; supports CompactFlash, Secure Digital, MultiMediaCard, Memory Stick, Memory Stick Duo and xD-Picture Card memory card formats (media not included)

Displays single photos or slideshows from memory cards, PC or direct from cameras; plays music in MP3 format

USB interface for easy connection to your computer

Black and espresso frames complement almost any home or office

Includes interchangeable wood frames, remote, AC adapter, USB cable and cleaning cloth"

So, I guess that I can connect direct to my computer via a USB cable???

Thanks Robert. I have been searching for one for my Mom and most of them do NOT accept USB. Everything else, but no USB.

I was just at Target and saw the Kodak. Looks pretty cool! Target has them for $149. Best Buy they are $199, so the $50 coupon brings the price to where it should be. I saw a Polaroid 7" frame on clearance for $79!!! I don't know what kind of memory, etc. it has.

    I'm leaning towards the Kodak.

This one at 15" looks pretty cool. The biggest one I could find was 17" but it is quite a bit more.
