I recently purchaused a harmon/kardon hdcd player but i can not find a good online store to get som emusic or is this tech. dead I f so would anyone recomend something better.

There's many CD's out there that afre in HDCD but have no logos.
Referencerecordings.com has only HDCD, but carries mostly classical and some jazz._________________________________________________

The HDCD list at head-fi.org seeks to identify those CDs that are HDCD-encoded but aren't indentified as such. However, within that thread, there's a link to a Swedish website that tries to identify each HDCD ever made....marked or unmarked.
Van Halen remastered CDs are HDCD-encoded, as are the remastered CDs from Dire Straits. The CD layer of the "Brothers in Arms" SACD is also HDCD-encoded, although unidentified on the packaging.
