I've seen the FX's going for around $350-400, but you never know when you might get lucky........
-
A good solid used price for the 15's is $750-800. Much less and it is an outright steal. $800-$1000 is a more standard used price (with shipping)
Over $1,000 I would wait for a better deal but it depends on what is available in your area and how badly you want them....
MichaelMains.............Polk LSi15 (Cherry)
Center............Polk LSiC (Crossover upgraded)
Surrounds.......Polk LSi7 (Gloss Black - wood sides removed and crossovers upgraded)
Subwoofers.....SVS 25-31 CS+ and PC+ (both 20hz tune)
Pre\Pro...........NAD T163 (Modded with LM4562 opamps)
Amplifier.........Cinepro 3k6 (6-channel, 500wpc@4ohms) -
are you guys taking into account shipping or thinking just local deals?
I can get LSI FX's used for 530 shipped.. thats what i was offered.. I can always make an offer for a lower price... If i could get a pair of LSI FX's for 400 i would buy a pair on the spot.
For the LSI15's i'm afraid of them breaking during shipping. How **** is thrown around in the shipping industry its not even funny...Click here To see My system

That's the truth... -
Not sure about the Fx's, but I drove 2.5 hours for my 15's and it was well worth the trip. If used is what you what, you are kind of limited to what is in your area. (Personally I would not ship 15's)

I ordered my LSi-15's from crutchfield and the base was broke in half on the left speaker. -
But Crutchfield took care of you. The shipping sucks, but I think Cfield is one of the better online retailers (along with B&H).
For what its worth, CField was having a sale on FXs and even had some on the scratch & dent sale I've had my eyes on.Do you hear that buzzing noise? -
I think Onecall is the best. They shipped mine on a palate by truck. You can't beat that...LSI 15

To bad your in Fl. or I could get you a good deal where I got mine. He's a private seller, and I got my 25's for a steal. The new lsic on E-bay right now for 340+ship at bottom of page, which is a good deal. Once you go over $450 + ship on the fx, you mind as well buy new. I can get for 620+ship new if interested. The FX is actually the last part of my puzzle, but I need to wait after buying 25's,C,cables, amp.. (And I know it won't come close to being done after that)
Good Luck... -
hey don't rub it in.:eek:engtaz
I love how music can brighten up a bad day.
