Toshiba XA1 FS...

Up for sale today is a Toshiba, XA1 HD-DVD player which was purchased in January 2007. I'd rate this unit 9/10 only because it's used, no scratches, cosmetically flawless. I'm the original owner of the unit, have all the original packaging, manuals, remotes and I also have the extended 2-year warranty from Crutchfield which I'm pretty sure is transferrable. To sweeten the deal I'll also throw in 2 HD-DVD's, Serinity & We Were Soldiers. Asking price for this unit is SOLD shipped within the Cont. US, to your door step. Keep in mind, this unit is rarely used so it's in like new condition. I don't have any pics at the moment (I'm at work) but will post some pics tonight when I get home but if you look at my showcase, there are some pictures of the unit in my A/V cabinet. I will accept payments via paypal (add 3%), Money Order and personal checks (will ship after check clears), anyone interested, please PM me.

Those are $400 - $500 MSRP units (the HD-A2 and HD-A200). The XA1 is 100 times better in terms of build quality, asthetics, and has many more useful bells and whistles (5.1 channel analog outputs, bass management, better upconverting, better DAC, etc.)
I love my HD-XA1. Someone wanting to try HD-DVD needs to grab this.Stereo Rig: Hales Revelation 3, Musical Fidelity CD-Pre 24, Forte Model 3 amp, Lexicon RT-10 SACD, MMF-5 w/speedbox, Forte Model 2 Phono Pre, Cardas Crosslink, APC H15, URC MX-950, Lovan Stand
Bedroom: Samsung HPR-4252, Toshiba HD-A2, HK 3480, Signal Cable, AQ speaker cable, Totem Dreamcatchers, SVS PB10-NSD, URC MX-850 -

Hey, I think I'll pass. Even though I'd love to have it, funds are tight right now. I just don't have 250 "clams" lol. I'd only use it for audio anyway so I'm not sure it would make much of a diff. except looking WAY better on my rack.:p
Good luck with the sale.I think Bananas are awesome fruit.

Congrats on this player, I have owned an A1 for a while, and just picked up a brand new XA1 from a local store on clearance, and it is a gorgeous piece of equipment! And it works well too, but man does it look nice!
