Psw 12 Problem-keeps Shutting Off

I'm having a problem with my subwoofer I purchased in Jan. 07. It is under warranty but if I can solve problem through forum so much the better. When I am listening to music that has a lot of bass in it the sub will shut off after a few minutes of play and if I turn the switch to off position and back on again the sub will start working again but only for 20 seconds or so. I only have the volume at the middle level. I haven't had any trouble when watching a movie when there is a lot of sub use. Any help would be appreciated.
P.S. I have a new denon receiver and don't think there is a problem there.

    My gues is you are pulling to much current from your wall outlet what you should do is take a volt meter and cheack the voltage befor and while you are blasting music.
