The Maven (100 watts) sounds great and could, easily, handle the speakers you mention.
I believe the Rotel has 60 watts out but it, too, sounds very good.

I've never heard the Outlaw but it has gotten real good reviews.

    Hope this helps.

My brother had a 50wpc Rotel on his LSI 7's. It sounded good but got hot as hell! It sounds much better with 200wpc Parasound & runs nice & cool.
Marantz AV-7705 PrePro, Classé 5 channel 200wpc Amp, Oppo 103 BluRay, Rotel RCD-1072 CDP, Sony XBR-49X800E TV, Polk S60 Main Speakers, Polk ES30 Center Channel, Polk S15 Surround Speakers SVS SB12-NSD x2

Mike i think your talking about the int amp this http://www.rotel.com/products/specs/ra1062.htm

I was looking at this one http://www.rotel.com/products/specs/rx1052.htm.
But my problem is finding a dealor in the US who will ship to the caribbean (since its outside their "region".

Cfrizz thanks for your comment I was told by someone that polk and rotel sound quite nice toether even though rotel is connected with b&w so they tend to match nicer.
I'm also thinking about the Outlaw, not many have the Mavern not sure if thats a good thing. Still looking into the idea of getting an Emotiva pre and halo amp separates just that might exceed my tight budget.

Chico, you are correct...I had confused the receiver (100 watts) with the int amp (60 watts).

Cfrizz is correct. My local audiophile shop carries carries Polk, Rotel and Music Hall. The Polks sound good with both Rotel and MH. Locating a Maven shouldn't be a problem (here, anyway) beings most of the hi-end audio dealers carry Music Hall. As for getting something shipped to the Carribean...I don't know.

I've read about the Emotiva but haven't heard one...guess I'm "old school" beings I prefer class A and A/B.

Keep us posted as to what you decide.

Well i've found a dealor who will ship the Mavern to the caribbean, I'm still leaning toward the Rotel though if i can just find a dealor

Any outlaw users like to add their comments? the 2channel receiver from outlaw keeps looking more and more tempting especially when you consider the price.........

Why not go for a pre or pre pro with a Adcom GFA 555 or a pair of Outlaw M200 or M2200. All will get you 200 watts of power and high current amp. They would truly make the 9's sing and can handle 4 ohm loads.

How much for the adcom??? opps forget it. For one eng i'm looking to buy new ideally second space constants and oh yes less companents to clean! lol I'd prob get a int amp with a tuner instead than going that route engtaz. I'm willing to sacrifice the quality a little for all in package for now. Hence the receiver route. Was looking at the Emotiva LMC-1 but still a little unsure plus think they will be coming out with a newer model shortly......

pre/pro (AV receiver with pre amp outs) the to external amp. This way you don't have to worry about watts of the receiver just the bells and whistles. With external amp you will have better sound and higher current. 4 ohm load causes problem with 8 ohm recievers.

do you know if the outlaw 2150 will have a problem with a 4ohm load i notice it gives a 4ohm continuous rating just wondering if that would mean it would be stable at 4ohms??
