MM2104 or MM2104DVC????

I am going to purchase a sub in the near future. I am going to install this in my boat, which will require a custom box.
I have a profile ap1000m amp in mind which is 310W @ 4 ohms or 500W @ 2 ohms. I have a pretty good idea how to convert a DVC sub to a 2 ohm load. I cannot find what the MM2104DVC would put out (RMS) if I wired it in 2 ohm....does anyone know?
I want to make sure that the sub is going to be heard by the wakeboarder (I also have 4 waketower speakers powered by their own amps). I am not sure if 10" 300w will complement EVERYTHING and be enough to be heard 50' out by the boarder. People tell me it will be. What do you guys think?
ALSO.......on a side note. In the boat I am going to install 4 mmc690 6x9 3 ways powered by an amp 4x85. How do you think it will sound with the sub?
