I have my PS3 on the HTS5100 Monster power conditioner and wondering if this is ok when the unit (Power conditioner) is turned off/on situation. Should I just leave my PS3 isolated and leave it on standby mode (blue light). Please advice.

I wouldnt worry about it because nothing really powers up or down while the PS3 is in standby mode ....but if you were going to power cycle the conditioner numerous times in a day..you could always just turn off the rocker switch in the back above the AC input when you were done using the PS3 and you wouldnt have to worry at all then.

When I installed my PS3 into my HT, it had just enough current draw to send my PR1500 UPS/Conditioner into middle fan mode...before it was in zero fan mode.( The 650 watt draw of the 58" Plasma was still low enough to keep it in zero fan mode...the extra 300 to 350 watts of the PS3 pushed it over ) I wanted zero fan noise so I got the PS3 its own UPS/Conditioner and installed a stealth 120mm fan ( Silent ) to cool the PS3 ...gotta love that Blu-Ray :)
