It was a decent movie. i actually just watched it myself a couple weeks ago. I made the mistake of watching it right after The Bourne Ultimatum, and it didn't stand up well against that movie...

Throw away your TV now, and never look at it again; you don't deserve one.
If you will it, dude, it is no dream.

MI3 is actually my favorite of the series, and it's unfortunate that Tom Cruise's fascination with a religion dreamed up by a sci-fi author has overshadowed his acting. I thought J. J. Abrams was a great fit, and I really loved the way they brought the movie back to the opening scene.

    Plus... GREAT SOUND.

I didn’t see it in the theater either mainly due to Tom's crazyness before the movie... dr psychologist and such. But I did buy the BR disk last week and its sitting here for me to watch right now so its good to hear you say those words!

Well, I'm gald to hear a couple of people have a positive reply to my comments...:(

What made it half as good as it was, is the fact that it's the first movie I saw on my new setup. The last movie I watched was on my old logitech z-5500  :D

MI3 is the best of the triology...

Not sure I buy a newbie being able to put bullets into a bad guy...center mass under great duress...However, it was the more entertaining of the three.

On the plus side...the surround effects for this movie are excellent. Definately one to be bought for the HT based on surround sound alone.

I agree, I liked it, did you see on HD DVD or what. You have to see it in HI Def, its really good. Check out Casino Royale, it will top MI3. Soundtrack will be a monster on your setup also.

I too thought it was very Alias-esque (maybe cuz it was produced by the same people?)
Definitely a good flick, and has a decent rewatch factor. Great on BluRay.
