RTi6 versus RTi A3
Hi,
Looking for my left and right speakers either RTi6 or RTiA3, which are new.
I like the looks of the RTiA3 much better as I don't like the silver trim that shows on the RTi6 grill.:(
But the RTiA3 are not flat on the sides and due to their height, I will need to put them on their sides to fit in my location.
If I go with the RTiA3, will I have to custom build a small stand?
thanks, andrew

Sounds like the rt6 is your choice, unless you want to have some custom work to get the RtiA series to work. The 6s sound great, and I personally think they look good.Shoot the jumper.....................BALLIN.............!!!!!

Let me interject a word of caution:
Placement is crtitical! Putting speakers on bookshelves can kill their performance. I once moved my Polk RTi6s onto a bookshelf temporarily while moving things around. Had them on their sides too. Totally destroyed the sound stage & imaging. You owe it to yourself & your speakers to check for best placement. Be sure you get the performance those speakers are capable of & that you paid for!
