A year ago you might have gotten that TFM-55 for less than $300. Today I would expect that it will go much closer to $400.
I really really doubt it will go for less than $500.00
The average for the last 2 months on ebay is $697.75 for a TFM-55X

Well, I just pulled off the impossible by doing a double-blind comparison all by myself, purely by virtue of the fact that I completely and stupidly forgot what I did last. I guess that getting old does have its advantages after all :D

All I care about is the quality of the music. I want the very best I can get with budget I have right now. I have absolutly no music right now without a amp. I just want to get a amp and set back and listen for awhile.

If that is the case then, look for a used carver and be done with it untill you can get some scratch for the sunfire.Get some good 12 ga. speaker wire from home depot, decent and cheap.
