    I'm kind of surprised that no one wants to discuss how the M30s compared to the x-ls bookshelves. I've heard the x-ls in a shootout and the M30s in store. Never thought the 2 would meet and definitely thought the M30 would suck hind ****. I liked the x-series BTW. A very promising review for Polk in this price class. I've always considered the current monitors a wasted step up between the Rs and the RTis. Maybe I should rethink.

    Not wasted at all, the 'Monitor' name wasn't chosen lightly with the heredity behind it.

    It always bothers me when a personal says it doesn't sound as good but I like it better because it is prettier add to the fact their suppose to being chose the better speaker. hummmmmmmmmmm
