Turntable Question......

Soooooooooooooo.....Money is tight, but I would like to pick up a cheap turntable, and came across this one on the bay that happens to be local....HERE is the turntable....What do you think? I know I will need to re-do the ghetto RCA job he did, but besides that is it an ok table?

If you can manage to save up another $115 you can break into the new rash of entry level turntables produced by turntable manufacturers. That NAD looks really purty but receiving used turntables shipped is risky business. I have the original boxes for my modded VPI MK II but I wouldn't ship it for any amount of money.

I'm sorry to burst you ballon here buddy but I think you can do better with just a little more patience.

He's local, so there is no shipping issue...He is actually almost right around the corner from here...:D I am hoping I can get him to cancel his auction, and sell it to me cheaper....:D

I thought he was in Minnesota and was also thinking you'd be paying shipping and ins.. In that case heck you've got nothing to loose.

NAD has made some real good tables. For $100 it's a no brainer.

FWIW,, save your money and get something better,if you are really serious about vinyl, as the upgrade bug will bite you.Look for a good VPI or Sota with a decent arm,just my .02 worth,,good luck:)
