RTi8 Leg Removal

Does anyone know if the legs that the spikes go into be removed? I need to put them inside of a custom built entertainment center, and while there is enough room inside the cavity, the face frame is too narrow to get the legs in there. I could put them back on I *think* once the speaker is in.

Thanks.

The legs (2) are actually a cradle that screw into the bottom of the cabinet. They won't be on the speaker when you purchase, they are embedded in one of the foam endcaps...so no problem.
