Rotating Eliptical Lens

alright I just got some ex368's, but I can't turn the lens on em. Feel like I might break it. What's the trick to turning it? or I am just a complete idiot =/

The lenses are just a little sticky out of the box. Give it a firm twist and it will move freely.
