TC60i vs TC620i

I have RTi8's for fronts a CSI3 for center and I'm concidering ceiling speakers for the rear in a 5 +1 system powered by a Denon AVR2105. The system is being built for for my basement that has a 7ft ceiling with AC ducts at 6.5ft in the rear portion of the room.
The TC60i's weigh and cost more than the TC620i's and I'll be placing them in a drop ceiling with 2'x2' squares backed by 1/2" plywood.
Has anyone heard the TC620i's and/or compared them to the TC60i's?
Any suggestions?

    They're both matched to the RTiA series and will sonically be the same. The TC60i adds boundary and tweeters level controls. It also has an amiable tweeter where the TC620 is fixed at 15degrees.
    CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.
