Head Unit: Eclipse CD7100
Front Stage: Hertz Millie MLK 2
Sub: Hertz Millie ML3000 12"
Amplifier: Audison LRx 5.1K
Battery: Kinetik KHC 1400 Power Cell
Sound Deadening: Hushmat Ultra in the doors, flooring and hatch area

First off let me say sorry for not going with the Polk SRs on this set up. But wanted something different for this car and a little more exotic. I will be using the Polk SRs in my new truck setup.

I am loving this setup. These Hertz Mille speakers are nothing but Pure Sound Quality. Huge difference from the Bose factory setup and the DD Audio setup in my 4 Runner. I still have to place the clips on the sub but you get the idea. Tried to keep the install simple and clean. Placed the sub in an custom enclosure in the spare tire well. So I caould save space to place T-Tops and overnight bags. Hope you enjoy the pics.

Very nice looking rig. I used to own the 300z way back when with the Bose and it was always lacking on the low end. Looks like you've solved that issue in spades.

They are expensive. I had gotten a special deal since no one in this area runs Hertz. They are truely amazing set. Thanks I am glad you guys like what was done.

The only thing I will change a little later is the amp rack. I would perfer a more stealth look. But very happy with the results.

But I do know of someone that may be able to help you if you are interested in there products.

I specifically wanted the Hertz Mille setup. I wanted something different from most people. Plus I perfer the softer more natural sound from the silk dome tweeters.

They tried, I know he is sponsered by Focal. I like there midbass drivers but there tweeters a little to bright for me.

Man do you have an expensive setup. I hope you enjoy it. I personally believe you could of had similar performance for less money. That is unless you got an insane deal. Did you pay more for this than you would of for a high end jl audio setup?

I don't believe JL has aanything in the same league. I would have went with Polk SRs before ever going with the JL. Plus yes I got a great deal. I am very happy with this setup. really loving it.

From Chris' mouth "Due to an unfortunate accident while leaving the khumo street warriorz show this past saturday, my Honda has been destroyed. Some drunk guy pulled into my lane and to avoid a collision we swerved to miss him. When we did our trailer flipped, The Honda is totalled."

Ha. I cant even begin to imagine what that feels like, to put that many hours in a car to have it totaled by an idiot drunk. At least noBODY was hurt, but with all the work ive put in my truck, id kill someone if they wrecked it, and i probably havent put close to the amount of time he has into that car...
