Hi,

If I have a square area with a single chair on the back wall and two fxi3's beside it in each of the corners with the speakers facing the chair, and the speakers flush against the back and side wall, do I set the speaker to dipole or bipole? Also what is the best listening height?

Hope that makes sense.

Don't think it really matters since your defeating the bipole/dipole effect by your installation. You really need the speakers mounted to your sides to take advantage of this speaker. That said, I would run bipole if this were my only option.

Bipole. With that location you don't really have a choice. Welcome to the forums.

Thanks guys, that helps my decision since the speakers look terrible in that spot anyway.
