btw, this is coming from a car forum i belong to, and people posts these ads they find, so obviously the guy was looking for something like that......WEIRD. -
Which car forum? I am on VWVortex a lot I think there is a thread similar....

The people on craigslist can be interesting.
There also has been a war with craigslist members in Dallas with a fly by night
electronics place called Allied in Richardson. They were posting waaaaay
too may ads, so members starting flagging them. They then started posting
one right after the other. With their address and phone number!
Nothing like calling some sales guy a couple times a day from different
phone numbers to call them "idiots". Now they are trying different
phone numbers and locations to sneak in. They really don't get it.
That's ok, I'll still give them a call from time to time.:D

The funniest one I have seen was the one about the guy getting fed up with the BS on Craigslist, so he posted an ad for the ultimate tube amplifier. Which consisted of a Wheaties [I think] box, power cord and a tube.
For some odd reason, my search does not work at CP, so I can't pull it up, but it was posted on a thread about six months back. Hilarious!~ In search of accurate reproduction of music. Real sound is my reference and while perfection may not be attainable? If I chase it, I might just catch excellence. ~ -
