The jist of it seems to be a $20 reduction on the base model, $50 for the premium and $30 for the elite.

I wish it would go down to 249.00 our 279.00 and may be I will buy one 350.00 is still to much for what you get vs the ps3, my opinion

CC price matched me, used to cash back to help pay for Dirt. MS made this announcement just in time, today would have been my 31st day, so an announcement one day later would have been too late.
