subwoofer(s) & amp?!

i just got my first car today..well i pick it up tomorrow but i test drove it today!
its a 98 ford contour with a nice body kit, spoiler, engine tune up, and some other cool things hahh.

anyways, he already has a nice headunit in there and all the wires already are run back to the trunk. and he said that he had 2 10" kickers? and a 300watt amp and it shook the car! so i was wondering if anyone could get me a link or something to what they think he had..or something that will have really good bass. cuz i have no clue about stuff when it comes to the watts and amplifiers and all that. and then i guess i have to get a sub box too right?

    probably bass.. cuz the speakers are pretty good right now.

    yeah i guess it is a pretty small budget. but what is gonna be the best thing for a loud heavy bass with not too bad of a price, including amp and sub(s). cuz i have no idea what watts to look for and if i want 1 or 2 subs and how many inches. so basically if you guys could give me an idea on that, thatd be awesome.

    Go to your local shops, we have "Bass specials" starting out at $250, includes box, 2 12s, amp, and amp kit.

    The best thing to do is attend shows or go to your local audio shops and listen to various set ups. I think that's a good way to get a feel for what you'd like. At least it worked for me. :)
