I was wondering...is there a site that has a set of guidelines for the optimal settings of my Panasonic Plasma? (see in sig below) I did it via Avia and I'm checking to see if i did it right.

I could be wrong here, but I don't think there IS an "optimal" setting. You could have the same model TV in multiple different houses and each one would be calibrated differently.
Slight variations in the TV's electronics, room lighting, age of the TV, etc. all make the display look different. Thus the reason for calibration in the first place. Calibrate with AVIA and trust that it's as good as you're going to get without professional equipment. And do the calibration periodically as over time the TV's characteristics will change.
