Matching Amps to Lsi series

I finally just purchased a sunfire cinema grand 5 channel. I have read that in order to get a even match for the speakers, you should get comparable amps so as to not have a brighter or deeper amp. I have the lsi25's and soon to have matching lsic and lsifx. I also have some vintage satellite polks I'll use for surrounds. I got a deal on the 5 channel used and don't have the coin to have the 7 channel sunfire, so I am going to add a 2 channel amp. What would you recommend a decent 2 channel to go with the sunfire. Thanks......
PS: I can't wait to hear what the 25's are going to bring to the table with some power to drive them.......

The most important is using the same amp(s) to drive your soundstage(fronts/center).
Are you using an AVR as a pre/pro? Have you thought about using the AVR to drive your surrounds? -
I'd second the Avr on the surrounds. If you want to match the sunfire though, look around for some older carver amps, can be had very cheap.HT SYSTEM-

I guess that would make sense. I just wasn't sure if I had the amp on 5 speaks if it would over power the surrounds. Thanks for the input.
