Nuforce P-8 PRICE: SOLD
Condition:
I am the second owner of this unit. It is in very good condition with no noticeable blemishes.
Terms:
Will be double boxed and shipped insured. This unit comes with the original manual and box and remote. Accepting Paypal, money order, or personal check from buyers who have verifiable good feedback. Must have at least 25 posts.
Description:
This pre-amp is made to match the Nuforce amps. Physically the unit is 8.5x1.75x16, if you had the this unit and the monos in a line it would only be 21.5in wide and 1.75in high.
The unit seems to work very well, it is very quite and easy to control. It has 4 inputs and outputs either RCA or XLR. The remote is simple and allows you to select your input and do volume control with memory.
Thanks.
Jared

How does the cable connect to those amps?
*curious*
I might be interested in the monos. -
Forgot to mention that they are cardas binding posts and cardas rcas.
The binding posts only accept bare wire or spade. You use the knob to unscrew then put the wire or spades in and screw back down to tighten. You can see it in the last pic of the monos, - on the left and + on the right, just unscrew put the wire in and tighten. -
Very nice, and verrrry tempting. I've wanted to get some of the newer technology amps to check out. I'd take the stuff, but I'm leaving the country in a few weeks and it would just sit here.
Those amps are way cool. -
Added a combo price, $1000 shipped for all 3 units.

Wouldn't be the first time I had to beg and plead to sell below market price. Look at the Monster units I offered here for $450 shipped with no bites for weeks when they were selling on Agon for $650+, put them on Agon and had over 20 offers within 24hours at $450+shipping+paypal fees. Or my Modwright which I sold for ~$1250 shipped if I remember correctly, when 2 sold on agon for $1500+ while I had mine up on Club Polk.
As such these are now on Audiocircle as well for the same price. If I do not get any bites by the end of a week or so they will be on Audiogon. Sorry guys I am trying to offer the best deals here but no one seems to care...except Jim.

Gaara,
CP dosnt seem to be very responsive to newer technology.
If I was getting into Home Theater, center, surrounds, etc - I'd snatch up your Monoblocks in a heart beat.
Hopefully someone will grab these. At the price, NuForce is well respected in the audio world and makes a fine product.- Not Tom ::::::: Any system can play Diana Krall. Only the best can play Limp Bizkit. -
ifI had the funds for these right now I'd have grabbed them, I want to try everything I can2 CHANNEL

I do miss my ref 9's I had for home theater. Speed and dynamic is the Nuforce sound which is ideal for home theater I think....sorry if off topic.

Trey, Good point, I have talked about Gainclones and IcePower a few times here and most people have no idea what I am talking about.
Jim, Great attitude, that is why I purchased them. I tried a bunch of amps over the last few months as I couldn't really know how good the amp I had was if I had nothing to compare it to.
It is good to experience a lot of gear so you know what your preferences are, have a baseline for recommendations so you aren't just parroting, and you could find that one piece that clicks with the rest of your system.
Mike, thats what I really like about the 8.02s to. They are very fast especially when it comes to bass, very similar to IcePower in this regard. -
8.02s are sold.
Price drop on the P-8 pre, now $500 shipped...$200 less then Agon. -
I have heard the P8 and ref 9.02's on some Usher 6371's and the speed was out of this world.Modwright SWL 9.0 SE (6Sons Audio Thunderbird PC with Oyaide 004 terminations)

No one needs a small, pure, fast preamp even for $475?
