Carfax report?

Can someone get a Carfax report for me?
Dad's been looking around at all the Jetta TDI's for a while, though more out of curiousity than actual interest since we already have one. He found an '06 Jetta TDI with the Tiptronic recently and test drove it. He said it felt sluggish, like the e-brake was on. When he told the salesman, he said the previous guy who drove it said the same thing.
It's an '06 with something like 5,000 miles on it. A couple owned it, but they say they're selling because she's pregnant and they need more room. But he drives a Suburban. And they need more room?
Several things like that and a-symmetrical pin striping have Dad thinking its been wrecked.
If you can get a Carfax report on it, it'd be neat to check it out and see if his theory holds true.

I think it is @ $19 or $ 29. I did it when I bought my truck. Mine came up clean. Worth the money if you ask me.
