Hey...anyone have one of these or one of the older Rotel 2 channel pres? I need to add a pre for a NAD c272 (2 channel amp) I am picking up and am getting (have gotten) short on cash. Thought I might pick this up. Any other suggestions? Thanks.

I had a RC870 about five years ago. Compared to the Carver C-2 it replaced it sounded smoother and quieter. I liked it. It took a change to tube equipmet for me to replace it.
