SMS-1 Bass Management and Polk SDA

Anyone using Velodyne's SMS-1 for managing bass with subwoofer and Polk (SDA or other)?

    Using the SMS-1 along with Polk RTi70's and Dual SVS subs myself, whats your question?

    Worth it? Best way to measure, would your spouse or other non-hobbyist be able to tell a difference, or do you feel like you are the only one that gets additional recognizable quality when using it.

    I read that the SMS-1 has a significant drop off just below 20 Hz, and was wondering how it compared to other bass management systems. Did you review or have a chance to audition any other options?

    Using dual SVS sub and SMS-1 per Grimsters recommendation as well. Its a power users tool and I would highly suggest it to anyone using dual subs. The bass is just right and you can tweak until your hearts content. As soon as you run the auto EQ you'll notice the difference right off top. I like it being in my setup for sure.
