TV stand and Audio Rack - Pickup only

Hey guys,
Since I'm making my own stand, I need to clear these out of the house. Very high quality units... purchased them about 6-8 months ago. They're in excellent shape--I haven't found any blemishes or scratches. Black tempered glass and strong gunmetal poles. These are the TechCraft Sorrento series (BEL501B) and (BEH38B) Retail is $349 each, if I recall correctly. The audio rack may have been a pinch more.
I'm asking $500 on Craigslist, but will sell them for $400 to a Polkie if anyone wants to come pick them up. Specs available on http://www.techcraft.net/htm/index.htm Where else are you going to find this nice of stands for $200 each?

Comin' along. Started painting second coats today. I don't have a lot of time, so I just chip away at it. Should start assembly by this weekend, I'm hoping.

Are you trying to sell them as a pair or would you be willing to sell them separately? If you'll break them up, I'm interested in the audio rack.

Would ideally sell them as a pair, as they look so good together. That being said, I'd consider selling separately if it earns me a little space. I'll take $240 for the rack and $210 for the stand individually.
Edit: If you buy the rack now and decide to get the tv stand later, I'd honor the $400 total package price. (so $160 more for the tv stand) -

The TV stand won't work for me, I (unfortunately) still have a rear projection TV (51" Toshiba) that sits on the floor.
I'll hold off at $240, and you're right, they do look great together so it's only natural they go as a pair.
