The most impressive online store I've ever seen.

1) Very low prices
2) Fast responses - less than 24 hours to email
3) Fast shipping
4) Product as advertised, extra packaging to factory packaging
5) Follow up emails to make sure your product was what you are looking for...

Cant get much better that that, I was very impressed and it takes alot to impress me from a store.

    Good to know. I have browsed their website a few times before, but had never heard anything about the actual shopping experience with them.

    Assuming they are always this good, I would rate them above Crutchfield. (X10) -

    Never have received a follow up email from Crutchfield.

    Let me suggest another, Sixth Avenue Electronics (6ave.com):

    1) Everything is authorized and brand new
    2) They ship extremely quickly and pack impeccably
    3) Shipping is almost always free
    4) Most of their pricing is highly competitive
    5) They will price match if you find a lower price
    6) They accept paypal with no additional fee/charge

    I have purchased my HK 635 from them and more recently a Toshiba HD-XA1. They are awesome!
