Danish, super cool high end, had a run in the early 90's of cheap stuff - they seem to be back on track now.
Check your lips at the door woman. Shake your hips like battleships. Yeah, all the white girls trip when I sing at Sunday service.

I currently own the E855 series and absolutely love them. I have been in audio sales for about 15 years now and have sold Jamo before they were bought out by Klipsh. When I sold Jamo, they were the third largest speaker manufacturer in the world, from a tiny little town in Denmark. I haven't followed up on them recently, but if there is a shop that sells them in your area, do yourself a favor and take a listen. I especially love the midrange quality in my speakers and I have found that many manufacturers nowadays focus too much on treble and bass for selling speakers. If you decide to take a listen, forget the A series, they were designed for aesthetics only (WAF factor). The E stands for Essential and the D stands for Detail (their highest end line). The D450 series are friggin sweet man.
    System:

    Samsung DVDHD841 Dvd player
    Yamaha CDC506 5 Disc changer
    Jamo E855 Tower speakers
    Wharfdale Pacific P-10 Bookshelf speakers
    Acoustic Research Master Series Interconnects

I've got a complete Jamo setup in one of the rooms and it's amazing!!! There's the Jamo D450 towers in the front and rear, then the D4 center and the D4 Sub. My only beef is that the sub is definately designed for listening to music and not for movies (i.e. **** explosions, etc.).
    Jamo is insano!!!
