Just received my copy of Car Audio & Electronics in which they reviewed the T600-2. This is one of the amps that I just picked up last week. For being a class A/B amp and for producing a good amount of power, it is pretty darn small. Reason I switched over from my Arc amps to the Fosgates.

The amplifier received a good review. The person that reviewed it mentioned that the amplifier did not have a flat frequency response, but that he actually enjoyed it. If you guys get a chance to read it check it out.

Id stay away from it. Any amp that colors the frequency response is not something I want to have.

It may not have a flat response but Id wager its less than +/- 1 db variation.

Something that small, you wouldnt be able to hear anyway.

It was actually not always an uncommon thing....reason why some people liked the sound of certain brands. The person reviewing it mentioned that Rockford Fosgate intentionally did this.

I am actually very happy with this amp, and the T400-4. The amplifiers they replaced were no run of the mill amps. It does not alway matter what it looks like on paper, it's the sound that matters, and the reviewer was digging it.

The 4db was the gain that was present after engaging the built in x-over.

That Power 1000 is a beast, and perfect to run a whole system with plenty of juice.

Hehe, you prob need a new alternator to run the power 1000. In any event, those Rockfords look way nice. Makes me want them.
