I have spent many months reading this forum.Well I decided to take the plunge and make the purchase.vehicle is a 1991 acura legend

c500.1
c400.4
2 sr124
pro box
sr 6500
kenwood excelon dpx-701
scoshe wire kit
1.8 farad cap (i know useless)
optima yellow top
dynamat-doors,trunk,decklid

I did the install myself,my first install I will say it was fun. im still finishing up with hiding the wires. I was afraid the c500.1 would not be enough for the 2 sr124 but it is plenty. After about 2 weeks of break in and tuning it sounds awesome I have had polk home gear for awhile and now im very impressed with thier car audio gear. I learned alot reading this forum just want to say thanks for all the great info.

Nice gear! Good to see you did it right the first time.

Not knocking your install by any means but have you thought about working out a way to mount the amps out of the way a bit. That way your trunk would still be usable.

Ya might also want to secure those power wires a little better and hide them before you throw any cargo in there as well. ;)

Thanks for your comments macleod I have read many of your posts and have much respect for you. I agree on the amps I am going to mount them in the far right of the trunk when I get around to building the mounts. of course all the wires will be completely hidden. I have a feeling I will need to get to that spare tire one day:D the amps are just to pretty to hide right now LOL :D
