Any opinions on the Parasound D/AC-1600 HD?

I have a Parasound D/AC-1600 HD available to me for a resonable price. What do ya'll think about that DAC? It seems to be pretty good, but I have never owned a DAC and don't want to start out on the wrong foot.

    You could probably do worse. What do you consider a reasonable price?

    I think the guy wanted 300-350. Like I said, I have never used a DAC before so I really have nothing to go off of.
