Von Shweikert no more?
I just stopped at an audio/video shop in the city last night to look at a pair of VR4jr's and was told by the owner that Von Schweikert has gone out of business for the 5th time and has not been selling or making speakers for a while. Does anyone know anything about this? I hope he was missinformed because I planned on purchasing an entire theatre setup from them some time this year.

I heard only the VR1 & VR2 models were being discontinued. I didn't hear anything about him closing the whole shop down. Going out of business is great for the used market.CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.
