I want to angle my 6 x 9 kenwood DOOR speakers so they aim at my head, and not my feet. Will mounting the speakers at this angle damage them when slamming the doors?
I've an old van, the doors must be closed very firmly. Any input welcome.
Thanks

I would think that if they are mounted securely, they should be ok.

Just what I wanted to hear. I was just making sure. My stereo is just basic, but sounds good till the 9/10ths volume range and above. I figure if the speakers are aimed a little better I won't have to turn it up as much.
    Thanks for the reply

No problem. A small budget amp would help.

I'm not really familiar with amps. I might get one if had it had a nice accessible power button and drew no amoerage at all when off. I frequently camp and need to conserve all the amps I can. I also like to listen to music all day. My 2 low wattege rear speakers are housed in a plywood box with 25 feet of cable so I can position them by the fire.
