Terminal Gaskets?

Looking for 2 terminal cup gaskets for RTA 11T's. I tried the PE gasket tape but its too thick. When trying to screw it down the plastic terminal cup distorts. Unfortunately I ripped the original gaskets up and threw them away. What I thought was an upgrade turned out I screwed up.I should have heeded the adage "if it ain't broke don't fix it." I guess when they were new they were still thin, I thought they had gotten compressed after time. My only other thought was to use silicone caulk. However I have heard that the fumes it creates could be corrrosive to components. Any thought's? I already posted in the troubleshooting but haven't had any replys.

Try tracing out the gasket on some thin, but stiff paper. Cut to fit and you're good to go. I wouldn't recommend the silicone.Political Correctness'.........defined
