door speakers
For the last 5 years my 6x9 's have been mounted in the bottom of my doors on my full size van. The cone aims directly at the back wall of the step. When I open the doors, volume and sound quality increases. I want to angle the speakers upward, over this step . I'm thinking that this angle might put too much stress on the speaker when I slam my old crusty doors.
Should I avoid this angle and just put them back the way they were?
Or are the speakers strong enough to handle being slammed off axis with the door?
Any input welcome

Just sayin', is all."Don't forget to change your politician. They are like diapers they need to be changed regularly, and for the same reason." -
Just joined, didn't know there was a car audio sight. I'll try there, thanks
